Switching directions on martial combat.

I've been working on a Martial Combat self-study project where I have tried to recreate the combat player controller from the game Absolver.
After some careful consideration, I've come to the conclusion that regardless of whether or not I'd like to, I simply cannot bring this project to fruition by myself. So I've decided that rather than focusing on the sheer quantity of attacks, as you would see in Absolver, I will be focusing on tailoring a more refined combat experience.
For this, I'll be taking a lot of inspiration from the game Sifu, which I also really like. I will be utilizing a lot of the new Unreal Engine 5 animation ecosystems that have been added in recent updates.
I will be posting further updates on this blog as I continue working on this project so stay tuned.
